1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an educational institution, and School Solutions, concerning your access to and use of our website, web applications, Android APKs, and IoT hardware solutions (including the Smart School Bell).

2. Use of Hardware and Software

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the following conditions:

• IoT Hardware: Devices such as the Smart School Bell are provided with a standard warranty. Any physical damage caused by improper electrical wiring or mishandling voids this warranty.
• Android App (APK): You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download our APK for internal institutional use. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute the app to unauthorized third parties.
• Audio Uploads: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any audio/MP3 files uploaded to our cloud servers for the Smart Bell system do not violate any copyright laws.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain software solutions (like School ERP) may require active cloud subscription renewals. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited access to cloud-sync features, though localized hardware (like offline bell schedules) may continue to operate on previously saved settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will School Solutions or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our software or IoT devices, including delays in bell ringing due to local power outages or network disruptions.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. School Solutions and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
